Constructed as an extension to City Mall in Nyali, one of Mombasa’s largest and busiest shopping destinations, this new wing enhances the development with additional retail space and modern facilities. The project featured basement parking, passenger lifts, contemporary architectural finishes, and improved circulation throughout the building. The extension was carefully integrated with the existing mall to create a seamless and functional addition. The completed development provides a modern, efficient, and welcoming commercial environment, reflecting our experience in delivering complex retail construction projects.
