SEVERIN SEA LODGE

Bulkon Builders Ltd has undertaken a range of construction and renovation works at Severin Sea Lodge, a beachfront resort located along Bamburi Beach on Kenya’s Indian Ocean coast. The works include the renovation of 116 guest rooms across various accommodation categories, including Standard Rooms, Deluxe Bungalow Rooms, Kitani Suites and Royal Suites, involving upgrades to interiors, bathrooms, finishes and associated services. We also undertook the construction of the new beachfront Swing Bar, creating a distinctive hospitality space overlooking the ocean, as well as the renovation / upgrading of the Kisima Restaurant. The projects required careful coordination of construction, finishes and services within a fully operational resort, with a focus on maintaining the high standards expected of a premium beachfront hospitality property.
