Completed as a large-scale interior fit-out for Shoprite at City Mall, Mombasa, this project transformed a shell retail space into a modern, fully operational supermarket. The works included specialist finishes, mechanical and electrical services, ceilings, flooring, refrigeration infrastructure, checkout areas, and back-of-house facilities, all delivered to Shoprite’s exacting standards. Executed within a demanding construction program, the project required meticulous planning, efficient coordination, and precise execution to achieve successful completion within a limited timeframe.
