Bulkon Builders Ltd undertook the construction / interior fit-out of the new state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory (Cath Lab) at The Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa, including a minor extension to accommodate the specialised facility. As the first Cath Lab in the Coast region at the time, the project required a high level of precision, with careful coordination of finishes, services and specialist equipment. The facility incorporated advanced clinical spaces, treatment areas and coronary care unit, supporting a new range of complex cardiac procedures in Mombasa.
