Bulkon Builders Ltd has carried out a wide range of major renovation, refurbishment, extension, and improvement works across Voyager Beach Resort, covering guest accommodation, restaurants and bars, conference facilities, recreational areas, back-of-house amenities, and external works.
The works have included the major renovation of Decks D & E, comprising 88 guest rooms, together with the construction of an additional second floor accommodating 16 new rooms. This was complemented by the major renovation of Deck C, comprising 62 rooms, with a further second-floor extension adding 20 new rooms. These extensive works involved the upgrading of guest rooms and associated areas to enhance the quality, functionality, and overall guest experience.
Major renovations have also been carried out across several of the resort’s key public and leisure facilities, including the Smuggler’s Cove Restaurant, Jahazi Conference facility, Sports Pool, Relax Pool, Kaskazi Bar, Saloon & Wellness, Sports Bar cloakrooms, and reception washrooms. The works also included the construction of a new dining and buffet area and a new doctor’s clinic, further enhancing the resort’s facilities and guest services.
External works include paving to the resort’s parking areas, contributing to improved accessibility, functionality, and overall presentation of the property.
